Refund policy

At Bangles with S, all sales are deemed final and binding upon confirmation of an order. By completing a purchase through our website or any affiliated sales channel, the customer expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy under all circumstances, except as expressly stated herein. Due to the nature of our products, including but not limited to hygiene considerations, product sensitivity, and inventory handling protocols, we do not accept requests for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, confirmed, or processed. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product details, including but not limited to size specifications, descriptions, images, pricing, and any other relevant information prior to completing their purchase, and Bangles with S shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction arising from incorrect size selection, misunderstanding of product details, personal preferences, or change of mind after delivery.

Furthermore, Bangles with S does not assume any responsibility for variations in color, design perception, or minor differences that may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings. All such variations shall not be considered defects and shall not qualify for any form of compensation, replacement, or dispute. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or intercepted under any circumstances. In the event that a parcel is refused at the time of delivery or remains uncollected, the order will still be treated as fulfilled, and no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the rare and exceptional circumstance where a customer receives a product that is materially defective or an incorrect item has been shipped, the customer must notify Bangles with S within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery by providing clear and verifiable photographic or video evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe shall result in the claim being automatically rejected. Any such claims will be subject to strict internal review, and Bangles with S reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the validity of the claim and the appropriate resolution, if any. Approval of such claims does not constitute an obligation and may be declined without liability if the evidence provided is deemed insufficient or if the claim does not comply fully with this policy.

Bangles with S shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services once the order has been handed over for shipment. Additionally, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for orders delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to logistical disruptions, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

By placing an order with Bangles with S, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy in its entirety. This policy is legally binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and Bangles with S reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
